- the Zikhara SaaS web application, and
- the Zikhara browser extension, including the Chrome Extension (together, the “Services”).
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Services.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through our SaaS platform, browser extension, related communications, billing, customer support, and enterprise services.
3. Data Controller
Zikhara LLC is the Data Controller responsible for determining how and why your personal data is processed under applicable data protection laws.
4. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Services.
- Account & Identity Data: such as your name, email address, username, and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
- Contact Data: including email address, country, and time zone, used for communication and account-related notifications.
- Usage & Technical Data: such as IP address, device and browser information, logs, timestamps, and feature usage, used to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

5. Chrome Extension & Browser Data
The Zikhara Chrome Extension accesses browser data strictly when you activate extension features and only to support Amazon Seller Central–related workflows.
- Reads user-opened tabs on supported Amazon domains to assist with listing optimization and content population.
- Uses tab permissions to open and manage Seller Central pages as part of guided workflows initiated by the user.
- Injects scripts on supported pages to enable form-filling, visual guidance, and content insertion requested by the user.
- Uses Chrome identity permissions to authenticate users via Google Sign-In and authorize Amazon Selling Partner API access.
- Uses webRequest permissions solely to monitor the status of API calls to Zikhara backend services and update the extension interface accordingly.
- Retrieves IP address via api.ipify.org for security verification and fraud prevention.
The extension does not monitor browsing activity outside supported workflows, does not scrape public websites automatically, and does not access tabs without user action.
6. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to operate the Services efficiently, securely, and in a way that improves user experience.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and manage user accounts and credit balances
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

7. AI Systems & Data Usage
Zikhara uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate content and assist with product workflows.
User-provided content—including product links, text inputs, prompts, generated outputs, and edited content submitted through the Services—may be used in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Such data is processed without identifying individual users and is not used to create personal profiles. Zikhara does not sell user data or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
At this time, no opt-out mechanism is provided for anonymized AI system improvement.
