What is Zikhara AI?
Zikhara AI is an AI-powered platform that helps Amazon sellers create and optimize product listings. It generates SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ content-all from just a few product photos.
Do I need to speak English to use Zikhara AI?
Not at all. Our AI is designed to take your native language inputs or just a product image and generate perfect, localized English (or any other supported language) for your target Amazon marketplace. The entire interface is intuitive and doesn't require English fluency.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you support?
We currently support Amazon India and Amazon US, with more marketplaces-including Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, and Australia-coming soon. The AI automatically adapts content to local language nuances, search behaviors, and compliance requirements.
Do I need any technical or design skills?
None at all. Zikhara AI is built for sellers, not developers or designers. You just upload product images-even smartphone photos-select your marketplace, and the AI handles everything: copywriting, image creation, SEO optimization, and compliance checks.
What is an CDQ Score?
CDQ (Composite Data Quality) is a metric used to evaluate the completeness and quality of an Amazon listing. Our Performance Scoring Engine is based on Amazon's algorithm to grade your listings and tell you exactly what's missing - such as secondary images, longer bullet points, or A+ content - so you can optimize for better ranking and conversion.
Amazon Integration & Security
How does the Amazon Seller Central API integration work?
Once you connect your Seller Central account via Amazon's official SP-API, Zikhara AI can securely import your existing catalog, read listing data, and publish new or updated content directly-all without flat files or manual copy-pasting. The connection uses Amazon's standard OAuth authorization flow.
Is it safe to connect my Amazon Seller Central account?
Absolutely. We use Amazon's official SP-API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, the same secure method used by all authorized Amazon developer applications. We never store your Amazon password. You grant us limited, revocable permissions directly through Amazon's authorization portal, and you can disconnect at any time from your Amazon settings.
What data do you access from my Amazon account?
We only collect the data necessary to provide the services you use on the tool. This may include, but is not limited to, catalogue and listing data, pricing, and settlement data.
How is my data stored and protected?
Your data is fully encrypted and securely stored at all times. We use industry-leading cloud infrastructure and follow strict access controls to make sure only authorized systems can process your information. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
Can I revoke Zikhara AI's access to my Amazon account?
Yes, at any time. You can revoke access directly from your Amazon Seller Central developer settings, or by contacting our support team. Once revoked, we immediately lose the ability to read or modify any of your Amazon data.
AI-Generated Content
Does Amazon penalize AI-generated content?
No. Amazon evaluates listings based on quality, relevance, and compliance-not how the content was created. Our Built-In Compliance Engine ensures that all generated text and images strictly adhere to Amazon's latest policies, category-specific guidelines, and restricted content rules.
Who owns the content generated by Zikhara AI?
You do. All content generated through your account-text, images, A+ content-is fully owned by you, and you have complete commercial rights to use, modify, and publish it. By using the platform, you also grant Zikhara a license to use submitted content for improving and promoting the platform (such as internal analysis, demonstrations, and anonymized marketing examples), as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We will never publicly identify you or share confidential information without your consent.
Is the generated content unique or could it be duplicated across sellers?
Each piece of content is generated uniquely for your specific product based on your images, product details, and target marketplace. The AI doesn't recycle content between accounts. Two sellers uploading similar products will still receive distinct, original content.
How accurate and reliable is the AI-generated content?
Our AI is trained on millions of high-performing Amazon listings and optimized for marketplace-specific best practices. That said, we always recommend a quick review before publishing. The AI generates an excellent first draft that typically requires minimal editing-but you know your product best.
Can the AI generate content in languages other than English?
Currently, we support English for the Amazon India and Amazon US marketplaces. As we expand to additional marketplaces, the local languages for those regions will also be supported-so you'll always get content that's native to your target market.
Does the AI generate images or just text?
Both. Zikhara AI generates professional product photos, secondary images, informational graphics, lifestyle photos with product interaction, and A+ content visuals-all from your basic product photos. It can also remove backgrounds and add text overlays, all optimized for Amazon's image requirements.
Editing, Saving & Managing Content
Can I edit the AI-generated content before publishing?
Absolutely. After the AI generates your listing content, you're presented with a full editor where you can modify any part-titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ content. Think of the AI output as a high-quality starting point that you can fine-tune to your exact preferences.
Can I regenerate specific sections without starting over?
Currently, you can regenerate images individually if you'd like a different result. For text-titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords-you can edit them directly using the built-in editor. Full section-level text regeneration is coming soon.
Is my content saved automatically?
All generated content is automatically saved to your My Content section and stored for one year. However, if you make edits to your content, you'll need to save them manually using the Save button-there's no autosave for edits yet.
How long do you store my content and projects?
All generated content-text, images, and A+ content-is stored for one year from the date it was generated. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still access any content that was previously generated during that period.
Can I export my content outside of Zikhara AI?
Yes. You can download images directly from the platform. However, publishing directly to Amazon Seller Central via our API integration is much easier and faster.
Can I save multiple versions of the same listing?
Not yet, but this is on our roadmap. A/B testing and version comparison features are coming soon, so you'll be able to try different approaches and see what performs best.

What AI models does Zikhara AI use?
We use a combination of state-of-the-art large language models and computer vision models, fine-tuned specifically for e-commerce content. Our multi-model architecture selects the best model for each task-whether it's SEO copywriting, image analysis, or compliance checking-to deliver the highest quality output.
How does the SEO Intelligence Engine work?
Our SEO engine analyzes real-time search volume data, competitor listings, and marketplace-specific ranking signals to identify the most impactful keywords for your product and category. These keywords are then naturally woven into your listing content-titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms-without keyword stuffing.
What does the Built-In Compliance Engine check for?
The Compliance Engine validates your content against Amazon's general listing policies, category-specific restrictions (e.g., health claims for supplements, safety language for electronics), image requirements (dimensions, background color, text overlay rules), and local country regulations for your target marketplace. This prevents listing suppressions and policy violations.
Does Zikhara AI work for all Amazon product categories?
Yes. The AI is trained across all Amazon categories and adapts its content strategy based on your specific category. Whether you sell electronics, home goods, beauty products, supplements, or fashion-the generated content follows category-specific best practices and compliance rules.
Is there an API for developers or agencies to integrate with?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. If you have a large-scale use case that would benefit from API access, reach out to us at support@zikhara.ai and we'd love to hear about it.
How often is the AI updated?
We continuously update our models and compliance rules to reflect Amazon's latest algorithm changes, policy updates, and marketplace trends. Major model updates happen monthly, while compliance rule updates are applied within days of Amazon announcing policy changes.
Billing & Account
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new users get a free trial with a limited number of credits to experience the full power of Zikhara AI-including AI listing generation, image creation, and CDQ scoring-before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required to start.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency used within Zikhara AI to generate content. Each action-such as generating listing copy, images, or A+ content-consumes a certain number of credits. Your credits are allocated monthly based on your plan. You also have the option to buy credits as a one-off top-up before committing to a subscription.
How many credits does a full listing cost?
A Text Update costs 3 credits. An Image Update costs 12 credits. An A+ Update costs 14 credits. A full New Listing (including images, A+ and text) costs 29 credits. Image Regeneration and Image Transformation each cost 1 credit.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
No, credits reset monthly on all plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. When you upgrade, you immediately receive the additional credits from the higher plan and are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Note that any extra credits purchased also expire at the end of your current billing cycle, so plan your top-ups accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. UPI support is coming soon. All payments are processed safely through Stripe or Razorpay.
